Tape-up of trim, rubbers and sensitive edges before any machine work.

Complete hand correction of tank, fairings and painted panels — no machine work on complex geometry.

Chrome, alloy and exhaust surfaces cleaned and treated with dedicated metal products.

Coating hand-applied and levelled panel by panel, including around badges and hardware.

Panel wipe with a coating-safe solvent to strip polishing oils and reveal the true finish.

Fireball ceramic coating applied by hand, levelled panel by panel under controlled lighting.

IR / controlled cure, then a final inspection and handover pack with aftercare instructions.
