• where the website can read it, the page you visited, the referring website, and the advertising click identifier that brought you here.

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, book the work, and follow up with you about that enquiry. We do not use your details for any other purpose unless you ask us to.

Your enquiry details are stored in a third-party customer relationship management system (CRM). The CRM is used to track your enquiry and to contact you about it. The CRM provider and any other service providers we use handle your details only to provide their service to us, and are required to keep that information secure.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We only disclose your details where required by law, or to a service provider helping us run the business and respond to your enquiry.

We keep your enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and complete any work you book, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case there is a follow-up question or a warranty matter. After that, we delete or de-identify the information unless we are required to keep it for a legal or accounting reason.

You can request access to the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make any of these requests, contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and may ask for information to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
