Thin, soft clear coat with modest film build. Two-tone models add a contrasting roof panel that needs separate treatment.

Suzuki film build is among the lowest we measure. Correction is deliberately conservative.

Jimnys used off-road pick up fine branch scratches down both flanks.

The colour break line needs careful masking — it's easy to burn an edge here.

Jimny arch flares and bumpers chalk in the sun and need a dedicated trim treatment.
How we prep a Suzuki before coating
Preparation is the job. The coating is the last hour of it.

Full inspection under LED and swirl-finder lighting, with paint depth readings recorded panel by panel.

Two-bucket hand wash, wheels and arches degreased, badges and shuts cleaned out.

Chemical iron and industrial fallout removal, then a clay treatment to lift bonded contamination.

Tape-up of trim, rubbers and sensitive edges before any machine work.

Conservative single-stage refinement given the low film build — safety over chasing every last defect.

Plastic cladding and arch flares restored and coated separately from the painted panels.

Panel wipe with a coating-safe solvent to strip polishing oils and reveal the true finish.

Fireball ceramic coating applied by hand, levelled panel by panel under controlled lighting.

IR / controlled cure, then a final inspection and handover pack with aftercare instructions.
